I can’t believe Labor Day is around the corner and that the school year has started for some, or is about to start for others. Where did the time go?

I spent most of the summer hiding out at my favorite place on the North Fork of Long Island trying to write or revise with my faithful, overworked, and underfed colleagues, Madeleine and Cupcake.

Birthing a book is NOT an easy process. THE CASE OF THE BAD APPLES went through 32 plus rewrites and revisions. Talk about stretch marks! But in the end it is so worth it.
